We’re now looking for an experienced MET Technician to join our Southampton workshop team, working on our own fleet accident repairs to the highest industry standards.

What Division Will I Be Working In?
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, delivering tailored fleet solutions across the UK & Ireland. Join a team that plays a key role in keeping businesses moving.

Responsibilities
- Strip and refit vehicle components (interior, exterior, trim)
- Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical/electrical repairs
- Identify and report additional damage during repair process
- Perform 4-wheel alignment and ensure correct vehicle geometry
- Follow manufacturer repair methods and BSI 10125 / ESCRIBE standards
- Ensure all work meets strict safety and quality requirements
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair / ATA / IMI (or equivalent)
- Experience in an accident repair centre or high-volume bodyshop
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, EV/hybrid systems, trim
- Own comprehensive tool kit
- Strong health & safety awareness
- A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence
- Detail-oriented approach and strong technical capability
