During the first stage of your career, you will learn everything about providing great customer service across multiple UK Contact Centre departments. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via the telephone and via written communication
- Providing administrative support to your team, departments and branches
- Updating internal databases and systems with a commitment to attention to detail
- Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels
Qualifications:
- A customer first mentality with great communication skills both verbally and written
- Good PC skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Organisation skills
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- GCSE English & Maths grade 4 (C) or above
- A Levels or equivalent would be advantageous
- Must be able to commute to our Aldershot office and Farnborough College of Technology
- Due to funding restrictions applicants must be 18 or above on the 1st September 2026 and have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
