Enterprise Mobility in Oldbury is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician/ Mechanic to supervise a flex team and drive high standards of servicing and maintenance.

You will lead technicians, ensure safe workshop practices, and coordinate with Fleet Control to meet productivity targets.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in motor vehicle maintenance and supervisory experience, with a Full UK Driving Licence (Cat C).

Excellent Excel skills and a commitment to a safety-first culture are essential.
