Enterprise is excited to announce an opportunity for an LCV Automotive Technician – Workshop Based to join our team in Gloucester.

Salary is fully negotiable based on experience.

Overtime rate paid at 1.25x (Time and a quarter).

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime opportunities.

Training and Development

Ongoing support and development, including OEM Manufacturer training and in-house & external courses for our fleet. Progress to Master Tech via our 5-stage Technician progress map, with rewards for achievement.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance including MOT prep, servicing, repairs, breakdowns, and preventative inspections for light and heavy vehicles.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT.
• Service and maintain vehicles to high standards.
• Attend breakdowns as needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EU driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated decision-making skills.
• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering for Vehicle Maintenance and/or City & Guilds Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Engineering.
