We are now seeking candidates that are passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service, can demonstrate great work ethic and are motivated to join a Customer Service Apprenticeship at our local Inverness branch. After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation session, you’ll be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training. Here you will learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and to understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed. Our promote-from-within culture ensures that you’ll have a well-rounded training experience and learn skills in management, finance, operations, sales and customer service. As you progress, increasingly more opportunities will become available to you.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, your experience at Enterprise Mobility will be as unique as you because you shape who we are as much as we shape your skills, path and potential. You will undertake a Modern Apprenticeship in Customer Service (Level 6).
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to your team
- Providing exceptional customer service in person and via written communication
- Updating internal databases and systems with attention to detail
- Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels

Additional Information
Pay: £8.55 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses. Pay Increase: After your first year, once you’ve successfully completed your initial training, your pay will rise to the National Minimum Wage for your age plus an extra 20p per hour. Clear Growth Path: This means your earnings will increase as you develop your skills and experience, with further opportunities for progression as you advance in the role. Hours: 40 per week, working patterns Monday to Saturday. Apprenticeship Level: Modern Apprenticeship - Customer Service Level 6. Duration: 12 to 18 months. Location: Inverness. Please note that due to the nature of the role, successful applicants will require a security check which involves Financial Probity and Basic Criminality.
