Graduate Management Trainee Program

The Graduate Management Trainee Programme provides hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and leadership across our retail operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, handling reservations and enquiries.
  • Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
  • Understand and support financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss statements.
  • Manage fleet logistics, planning and performance.
  • Lead, mentor, train and develop a team, with the opportunity to manage and promote others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional experience may substitute.
  • Full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations for non‑drivers with disability).
  • No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.
