Graduate Management Trainee Program
The Graduate Management Trainee Programme provides hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and leadership across our retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, handling reservations and enquiries.
- Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
- Understand and support financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss statements.
- Manage fleet logistics, planning and performance.
- Lead, mentor, train and develop a team, with the opportunity to manage and promote others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional experience may substitute.
- Full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations for non‑drivers with disability).
- No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.
