Enterprise Mobility’s Global Communications Team is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join their team, bringing a passion for storytelling, talent attraction and creating meaningful candidate experiences. In this role, you will be part of a global team helping shape and promote the employee value proposition of Enterprise Mobility, attracting talented candidates who are eager to contribute to our shared vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company.
As a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and an advocate for the employer brand, you will play an important role in strengthening how we connect with talent around the world. This includes bringing our unique culture to life through engaging and impactful careers storytelling across a wide variety of mediums and earned, owned and paid channels. You will also assist with supporting various other recruitment marketing strategies and projects globally to reach both passive and active job seekers. This position is hybrid, working out of Enterprise Mobility’s European Headquarters in Egham, Surrey, 2-3 times per week.
Responsibilities- Prioritise and fulfil recruitment marketing requests for HR, including Corporate and Group Talent Acquisition teams, to support hiring needs across all brands and positions.
- Support the development and delivery of impactful storytelling and content to be leveraged across a wide variety of channels to meet local and global hiring needs.
- Manage content creation—from ideation and identifying internal contributors to producing, coordinating photo/video shoots, reviewing, editing, and finalising content.
- Support managing the content calendar to schedule and publish content across all appropriate channels.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of communications to support various recruitment marketing strategies, including employee advocacy, internal mobility, employee referral programme, campus recruiting, etc.
- Provide end-to-end project management of recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.
- Provide community management support for the organisation’s career specific social media channels.
- Maintain employer profiles on job boards and review sites to ensure the organisation is well positioned to reach potential candidates.
- Ensure all creative comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements before use.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of recruitment marketing efforts to enhance effectiveness and inform future activity.
- Organise and maintain systems for asset management, including digital asset ordering systems, photo and video archives, print and promotional item ordering sites, project request databases, and shared department drives.
- Support the preparation and submission of award entries to elevate the organisation’s position as an employer of choice by gathering content, coordinating inputs and ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Assist in supporting other recruitment marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- A degree in Communications or Marketing Communications and/or marketing experience along with project management experience required.
- Working knowledge of creative tools preferred (i.e. Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud products including Premiere Pro).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects and respond effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
