This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service to customers renting vehicles for their travel needs.

This is a temporary position starting from the start of March until end of September, requiring flexibility with shifts available across seven days a week between 7am-10pm. The number of contracted hours will be 45, but flexibility with working days and times is essential - shifts will vary over 7 days a week, various working rota between 7am-10pm. The pay will be £***** per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Triage customers at the rental counter assisting them with their needs.
  • Greet customers warmly upon their arrival at the rental counter.
  • Provide information about available vehicle options, rental rates, and additional services such as insurance coverage.
  • Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and signed by the customer.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rental periods, noting any pre-existing damage.
  • Support in the parking area with any customer questions.
  • This role involves driving and the movement of vehicles as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles of various sizes.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers regarding their rental experience, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and security, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential.

No drug or alcohol related offence within the last five years is permitted.
