We are seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join as a Customer Service Delivery Representative in the Inverness Area. This role involves delivering excellent service to customers renting vehicles for travel.

This is a temporary position starting immediately until October, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Flexibility with shifts across seven days a week, 7am-10pm is required.

The pay rate is £14.41 per hour for the temporary role, and if extended to permanent, the pay is £12.41 per hour. The contracted hours are 45 per week, with flexibility in working days and times.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting with the rental process
• Providing information on vehicle options, rates, and additional services
• Processing rental agreements accurately
• Conducting vehicle inspections before and after rentals
• Delivering and collecting vehicles across the region
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly
• Adhering to company policies on vehicle maintenance and safety

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude
• Experience in customer service or retail
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Positive work ethic and attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
