Responsibilities
- Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

- Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable. You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but accommodations can be made for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability. No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
