An exciting opportunity to join Enterprise Mobility as an Automotive Maintenance Technician in Rugby.

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers across the UK and Ireland.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Opportunity to earn overtime at 1.25%.

Hours: 45 per week, Monday – Friday, 07:00-17:00. Overtime Opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- As an Automotive Technician, you would be an integral part of our day-to-day functions.
- To undertake all wiring, mechanical/hydraulic assembly and inspection of Acklea products as directed in technical drawings and customer specifications.
- Assist other trade personnel as required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
- Undertake maintenance, inspection and repair activities at customer depots as directed by the Workshop Supervisor or the Workshop Manager.
- Undertake general workshop duties.
- Actively suggest and encourage quality improvements to Acklea products and systems.
- Demonstrate good fault diagnostic skills.
- Maintain good productivity levels.
- Ensure the correct PPE is worn/used and report any failings through the reporting procedure.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly, is legible and handed in on time.
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner both at Acklea, in customer depots and whilst driving, treating members of the public with courtesy at all times.
- Highlight any shortfalls or issues relating to safety or maintenance immediately to the appropriate manager.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area and ensure all tooling and specialist equipment is checked, tested and compliant in line with company policy.
- Maintain sufficient security measures to prevent theft of company/personal property.

Qualifications:
- A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
- 6 points or fewer on your driving licence (for insurance purposes).
- Aged 21 or above (for insurance purposes).
- Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ or Equivalent in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience of auto electrics/mechanics desired.
- Organisational skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Have a flexible and positive approach to work.
- The ability to pass a security check that includes Criminality, Financial and Employment References.
