At Enterprise Mobility, we operate one of the UK’s most diverse and dynamic vehicle fleets and we’re now offering an exciting opportunity to join our Flex-E-Rent division as an Apprentice LCV Technician at our Thetford depot. This is a 3 year programme commencing August 2026 which will see you gain a Level 3 Light Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship.

What Division Will I Be Working In?
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.
Responsibilities
- Servicing and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults
- Supporting Lead Technicians with complex repairs
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
- Attending college 5 times per year (Derby or Motherwell) – travel and accommodation provided
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for automotive and engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4-9) or equivalent
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a security check (criminality and financial background)
