Enterprise Driver Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 driver to support our client based in Stockport. This will be a Temp 2 Perm position. We specialise in supplying professional HGV drivers and are able to offer regular, consistent work for drivers looking for stability and long-term opportunities.
The Role
Completing deliveries of steel tube nationwide . Guaranteed 40-hour paid week Job & Finish working arrangement Competitive hourly rate 25 Holiday Days Potential Nights Out required on some jobs Friendly and supportive working environment Multi-drop work covering local and national deliveries . Experience of delivering steel advantageous Flexible.
Due to requirements of business, early start/late finish with a can-do attitude Pay & Hours Once Temp to Perm completed £14.50ph Overtime paid at time and half Paid weekly directly by Enterprise Driver Recruitment on a PAYE basis £14.10per hour plus holidays accrued OR £15.80per hour including holidays paid weekly Monday to Friday work Standard start time will be 08:00 - However, early starts as and when required What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, safety-conscious drivers who can represent both us and our clients to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have: A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence A valid Driver CPC (Driver Qualification Card) A valid Digital Tachograph Card A solid understanding of driver hours and tachograph regulations Experience in multi-drop or regional delivery work The ability to secure loads safely and compliantly A reliable and punctual work ethic A flexible attitude to duties and routes Good time management and organisational skills A professional and customer-focused approach Why Work With Us?
