As a Trainee Recruitment & Training Consultant, you will learn how to: Build and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates Understand clients' temporary driver recruitment requirements Source and supply temporary driver labour Identify opportunities to promote transport training solutions Develop relationships with key decision-makers within the transport industry Generate new business and contribute to revenue growth Manage your own clients and accounts as your experience develops Work towards becoming a fully-fledged Recruitment & Training Consultant
You will receive structured training and ongoing support, learning both the recruitment and transport training sides of our business. Why This Role is Different
