We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Integration Team Lead to join the technology team on a permanent basis, for our client based out of the Midlands with hybrid working.

This is a key technical leadership role responsible for the design, delivery and ongoing support of integrations across Oracle Fusion and the wider enterprise technology landscape. You will lead a team of integration specialists, work closely with business and technology stakeholders, and ensure integrations are robust, scalable, secure and aligned with the organisation's technology strategy.

The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on Oracle Fusion integration expertise with proven leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Oracle Fusion integration developers and technical specialists.
  • Own the integration architecture, design and delivery across the Oracle Fusion ERP estate.
  • Design, develop and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party, legacy and cloud applications.
  • Provide technical leadership across integration programmes and projects.
  • Establish and maintain integration development standards, patterns, governance and best practices.
  • Work closely with solution architects, enterprise architects, business analysts, functional consultants and project managers.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into robust integration solutions.
  • Ensure integrations meet agreed standards for performance, availability, security and maintainability.

Technical Experience

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP integrations, ideally including:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Oracle Integration.
  • REST and SOAP web services.
  • APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
  • SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth and certificates.
  • Integration with third-party SaaS, on-premise and legacy applications.

Experience across Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects or HCM would be advantageous.

Leadership & Professional Skills

  • Proven experience leading an Oracle integration or ERP integration team.
  • Strong technical leadership and ability to make sound architectural decisions.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and business areas.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing and production support.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.

Desirable

  • Oracle Integration Cloud certification.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certification or relevant Oracle certifications.
  • Experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP transformation or implementation programmes.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with middleware/integration platforms beyond OIC.
  • Experience working within a large, complex enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
