Ready to lead, shape, and grow a business unit — not just fill roles? Enterprise Digital Resources (EDR), part of the global Org Group, is seeking a Senior Recruiter / Business Development Specialist to spearhead the growth of our Permanent Recruitment Division.
If you’re an experienced IT recruiter looking for something more, the autonomy to shape strategy, implement process, and deal directly with C-suite clients, this is your opportunity to lead a high-potential function within a respected, high-performing recruitment business.
Build and Lead a Perm Function- Lay the foundations for a successful permanent recruitment division within a leading ERP/tech staffing company
- Design and implement best-practice recruitment processes and frameworks
- Lead by example, billing senior-level roles (perm and exec) while growing your own team
- Open up new accounts and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and Director-level decision makers
- Source and manage high-calibre candidates across ERP and wider enterprise tech markets
- Build a trusted network of C-level and leadership professionals
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Work alongside our contract division and BD teams to offer full-service solutions
- Share insights, market intel, and help shape a scalable, values-driven perm recruitment culture
- Engage with EDR leadership and the wider Org Group to align on growth strategy
- 7+ years of recruitment experience in IT or technology markets (ERP not required)
- Experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders, clients and candidates alike
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in business development
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build from the ground up
- High energy, resilience, and ambition, you’re excited to drive something new
- Fluent English (additional EU languages a plus)
- Remote: Anywhere in the UK or EU
