We're currently looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to join a leading heavy industry manufacturing organisation on a long-term contract.
Location: Primarily remote | Rare travel to the US
Contract: Initial 12 months, with strong potential for extension

About the Role
This is a strategic, client-side role with ownership of a major, multi-year Oracle transformation programme. You'll take responsibility for the programme from the client side, working closely with the implementation consultancy and holding them accountable for delivery, quality, timelines, and commercials. This is not simply a project delivery role, we're looking for someone who can bring strong governance, structure, leadership, and accountability to a complex Oracle transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Oracle programme end-to-end
- Review and optimise the existing Oracle solution ahead of wider group rollout
- Manage and oversee the implementation consultancy/partner
- Drive programme governance, executive reporting, and risk management
- Work closely with both senior stakeholders and operational/plant teams
- Provide hands-on leadership across a complex, multi-year transformation
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives and programme strategy
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience delivering multiple full-lifecycle Oracle implementations
- Manufacturing / heavy industry experience
- Broad Oracle knowledge, ideally across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, and Project Costing
- Strong programme governance and executive stakeholder management experience
- Experience managing implementation partners/consultancies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
