We’re supporting a major international client on a high-profile ERP transformation programme, and we’re looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to take a leading role. This is a rare opportunity to drive a complex, multi-country rollout, moving from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance and SCM, impacting over 12 countries globally with a strong European focus.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion programme, working across multiple business units, geographies, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a distributed, multi-location project team across Europe and beyond
- Owning delivery across Finance and Supply Chain (SCM) workstreams
- Managing and holding the System Integrator (SI) accountable for delivery, timelines, and quality
- Driving governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring alignment between business objectives and programme execution
- Navigating complex organisational change across multiple countries
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP programmes (Finance + SCM essential)
- Strong track record managing large-scale, multi-country rollouts
- Experience working with and managing System Integrators (SI partners)
- Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple geographies
- Excellent stakeholder management at senior/executive level
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility transformation environment
