Enterprise Control Systems, part of SPX Technologies, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead major international defence and communications projects. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering complex hardware and software solutions within the Data Links space, including installation, commissioning, stakeholder management, and end-to-end programme delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of major international projects
  • Act as the key customer and stakeholder contact throughout execution
  • Coordinate global engineering, operations, and commercial teams
  • Manage installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and project governance
  • Oversee a major long-term programme in the Philippines alongside projects in Europe, Middle East & Africa
  • Enable the sales team to focus on growth by taking ownership of delivery activities

Qualifications

  • Strong technical project management experience
  • Experience delivering both hardware and software-based solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple cultures and international time zones
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and global team
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualification preferred
  • If you have defence, RF, C4ISR knowledge it would be advantageous

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office. International travel including travel to the Philippines around 4 times per year. Regular early morning meetings due to global time zones.
