We’re partnering with a specialist Facilities Management recruitment agency to recruit an experienced Billing Operations Manager to oversee and optimise their billing function. This is a key operational role within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, ideal for someone with strong management and billing experience with a solid understanding of FM and/or Construction temp recruitment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end billing for temporary recruitment
  • Ensuring accurate, timely invoicing across multiple Soft FM contracts
  • Leading and developing a billing/operations team
  • Working closely with payroll, finance and recruitment teams
  • Resolving billing queries and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Improving processes, controls and system efficiencies
  • Supporting reporting and month-end activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Recruitment agency billing or operations experience (essential)
  • Background in Soft FM recruitment (cleaning, catering, security, hospitality or support services) not essential but helpful
  • Experience with high-volume temp workforce billing
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident systems user (ATS/CRM, payroll and finance systems)
  • Team leadership or supervisory experience
