We’re partnering with a specialist Facilities Management recruitment agency to recruit an experienced Billing Operations Manager to oversee and optimise their billing function. This is a key operational role within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, ideal for someone with strong management & billing experience with a solid understanding of FM and/or Construction temp recruitment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end billing for temporary recruitment
- Ensuring accurate, timely invoicing across multiple Soft FM contracts
- Leading and developing a billing / operations team
- Working closely with payroll, finance and recruitment teams
- Resolving billing queries and maintaining strong client relationships
- Improving processes, controls and system efficiencies
- Supporting reporting and month-end activities
What we’re looking for:
- Recruitment agency billing or operations experience (essential)
- Background in Soft FM recruitment (cleaning, catering, security, hospitality or support services) not essential but helpful
- Experience with high-volume temp workforce billing
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- Confident systems user (ATS/CRM, payroll and finance systems)
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
