What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and analyse security alerts via CCTV, intruder alarms, and life safety systems.
- Support coordination of on-the-ground security teams in response to suspicious or criminal activity.
- Prepare police witness statements and provide evidence to internal investigation teams.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention and store teams to investigate stock loss, fraud, and other incidents.
- Ensure all systems (fire, intruder, BMS) are monitored and escalations are managed promptly.
- Promote security awareness and ensure compliance with internal standards and statutory regulations.
