Main Responsibilities
Strategic Intelligence & Threat Assessment
- Lead the companyβs baseline threat assessment process for Europe and Eurasia.
- Produce written and oral intelligence assessments that are concise and tailored for senior executive consumption.
- Continuously monitor and anticipate changes in the strategic threat landscape and communicate these effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with:
- Internal business units and senior executives, to integrate intelligence into decision-making.
- External stakeholders, such as governments, academics, and NGOs, to enhance source networks and contextual understanding.
- Ensure intelligence is aligned with commercial planning and strategic decision points.

- Making sense of ambiguous and fast-evolving scenarios, then communicating them in a way that resonates with senior decision-makers.

Ideal Background & Skills
- Prior intelligence experience (government, military, private sector) with a strong understanding of the intelligence cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to brief at the executive level, both in writing and verbally.
- Deep substantive knowledge of:
- Caucasus and broader Eurasia
- European security policy
- Civil society and protest movements in Europe
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form networks and maintain influence across functional and national boundaries.
- European language skills are an advantage.
