Entelechy Arts in Greater London is seeking a new Director to help shape the organization's future. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for marginalized communities and drive social change. The ideal candidate will have personal experience of the barriers these communities face. A flexible approach to support needs and start date is provided.

The position includes a salary of £52,000 (£65,000 per annum, pro rata for 4 days a week) along with benefits such as 25 days annual leave pro rata and a workplace pension.
