We are excited to announce the opportunity to join our Communications Team at our European Head Office in Egham, Surrey. In this role, you will be part of a global team helping shape and promote the employee value proposition of Enterprise Mobility, attracting talented candidates who are eager to contribute to our shared vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company.
As a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and an advocate for the employer brand, you will play an important role in strengthening how we connect with talent around the world. You will assist with supporting various recruitment marketing strategies and projects globally to reach both passive and active job seekers.

As the Recruitment Marketing intern, you’ll not only understand our overall approach, but you’ll take ownership of your own projects, get exposure to a wide range of activities and have genuine voice within the team.
Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain platforms and systems for digital assets, including digital asset ordering systems, photo and video archives, print and promotional item ordering sites, project request databases, and shared department drives.
- Support social strategies by working directly on our owned channels, suggesting posts, creating copy and imagery and monitoring performance.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns, supporting timelines, deliverables and coordination.
- Contribute to planning by suggesting ideas for storytelling, blogs and employee content aligned to hiring needs.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather briefs and support campaign delivery.
- Assist with project coordination, maintaining trackers, timelines and action logs to support delivery of recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Support basic performance reporting and share key insights by compiling data from campaigns and owned channels.
- Assist in reviewing content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Support award entries by gathering content, data and supporting materials.
- Conduct desk research, including researching local marketing tactics, channels, community events and potential brand partners.
- Provide general support to Recruitment Marketing team as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and special marketing projects as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for creating engaging content across various formats.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- An aptitude for interpreting data and metrics to support decision making.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
- Digital and tech savvy with familiarity across social media platforms and digital channels and an aptitude to learn new tools.
- Basic experience of graphic design or web tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, Adobe Experience Manager considered a plus, although not essential.
- Hours: 40 per week
- Salary: £22,600 per annum
- Duration: The Internship will run from Summer 2026 for 12 months
- Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on-site parking and approx. 15 minutes walk from Egham station)
