CNC Estimator | Woking | Permanent Package : £50,000 + benefits We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Estimator to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Woking .
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong machining background who enjoys working closely with customers, reviewing technical drawings, and producing accurate quotations for complex CNC machined components.
The Role Review customer enquiries, drawings and specifications.
Prepare accurate quotations for CNC machined components.
Calculate machining times, material costs and tooling requirements.
Liaise with customers to clarify technical requirements.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quotes are commercially competitive and technically accurate.
Support business development by providing prompt responses to customer enquiries.
Requirements Previous experience as a CNC Estimator, CNC Programmer, Manufacturing Estimator, or a Senior CNC Machinist looking to move into estimating.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good understanding of CNC milling and/or turning processes.
Knowledge of machining methods, tooling and manufacturing costs.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
