Location: Desford, Leicestershire – site based

Rate: £36.50 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35) / £26.75 per hour PAYE

Contract: 12 Months (Highly Likely Extension)

We are hiring for a Business Analyst to join a globally recognised automotive manufacturing company based in Desford. Working within an international team, you will provide critical support for machinery, assemblies and order management processes across the EAME region. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering exposure to global stakeholders, evolving digital platforms, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll play a key role in supporting business users, resolving order and invoicing issues, maintaining process documentation, and helping drive the ongoing digital transformation of order management systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting order management and invoicing processes.
  • Experience using SAP, CMOPS, or similar ERP systems.
  • CRM experience, Salesforce is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global teams.
  • Experience working directly with customers, dealers, or business users.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial or Automotive industry experience.
