We're recruiting for a Supply Chain Project Coordinator to play a key role in the implementation of a new SAP-driven ERP system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supply chain, ERP, SAP, procurement, or supplier management experience who enjoys working with stakeholders, solving problems, and driving projects forward.
The Opportunity
You'll be joining a dedicated project team responsible for delivering a major ERP transformation programme across the supply chain function.
£42,000 - £52,000 Contract 12 months
This role offers exposure to modern SAP technologies including:
✅ SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
✅ SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
✅ SAP Digital Manufacturing
You'll gain valuable experience across supply chain operations, systems implementation, supplier engagement, and process improvement while contributing to a high-profile transformation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a new SAP ERP system
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and engagement activities
- Manage stakeholder communication across internal teams and external suppliers
- Track actions, monitor progress, and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
- Escalate risks and challenges where appropriate
- Support data and process alignment activities
- Help drive adoption of new systems and processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives following implementation

Essential Experience
