We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-quality residential and commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a proven track record of managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee multiple projects, manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage project teams, including site managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee contract administration, procurement, and commercial management activities.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the construction industry.
  • Strong background delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant construction qualification (Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
  • Professional accreditation (APM, CIOB, RICS, or equivalent) desirable.
