We are recruiting for an NPI Project Manager to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business based near Durham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project experience in a technical or manufacturing environment who enjoys managing projects from concept through to delivery.
Working within the NPI team, you will take ownership of complex engineering projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is a customer-focused role, requiring strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements:
- HNC or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
- Experience supporting or delivering projects within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of NPI processes and project lifecycles.
- Commercial awareness including budgeting and resource planning.
- Experience working with technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
