Requirements

  • Experience working on CNC Lathes, such as: Victor Turn II 26 HD, Leadwell LTC 25iL with Siemens 828D, Doosan Puma GT3100
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls is essential (knowledge of Siemens controls is advantageous)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and planning route cards
  • Ability to read, understand, and edit CNC programmes, including adjusting speeds and feeds as necessary
  • Working knowledge of turning tips and their correct applications

Desirable

  • Experience operating a small manual lathe and/or Harrison Alpha 400 Plus NC lathe.
