This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a proven track record of managing projects from pre-construction through to completion .As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee multiple projects, manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards . Key Responsibiliti esLead and manage residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completio n.Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plan s.Manage project teams, including site managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractor s.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partner s.Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategie s.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental standard s.Oversee contract administration, procurement, and commercial management activitie s.Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership and client s.Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery team s. Requireme ntsProven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the construction indust ry.Strong background delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use developmen ts.Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project contro ls.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous ly.Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skil ls.Exceptional communication and problem-solving abiliti es.Relevant construction qualification (Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalen t).Professional accreditation (APM, CIOB, RICS, or equivalent) desirab le.
