An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled NDT Technician Level 2 to join a well-established engineering team in the aerospace industry. As part of a growing company, you will work closely with senior technicians and the Materials Manager to deliver high-quality Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform NDT tasks in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all NDT-related documentation.
- Support NDT operations at remote locations as needed.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to complete tasks on time and within budget.
- Continuously assess and improve NDT procedures for efficiency and safety.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous NDT experience in aerospace, automotive, aviation or similar high value manufacturing (essential).
- Qualified to PCN/AERO scheme, BS EN ISO 9712, or EN4179 Level 2 in Eddy Current (EC) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) (other disciplines beneficial).
