Entech is a leading technical recruitment company based in Hemel Hempstead who, for the past 27 years have specialised in recruiting the best engineers for all Engineering sectors, including Energy and Renewables.We are looking to add experienced Recruitment Consultants to our Engineering division and our Energy / Renewables division.We are seeking individuals who can bring knowledge, passion and expertise as well as the ability to build and develop client relationships, and work with clients and candidates alike to understand and meet their needs.This is the perfect opportunity for the right person to progress through the company, and work with a very experienced team of consultants with extensive industry knowledge.Candidates should have at least 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong business development abilities and confident client relationship building skills.We offer an excellent package for the right candidate.Flexible working (office-based 3 days per week, and home-based 2 days), competitive salary, great commission structure, pension and bonuses including overseas holidays for hitting annual targets.
