We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join a major global manufacturing operation in Desford. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a large-scale, global supply chain environment, supporting major New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes and continuous improvement projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing supply chain solutions for new product launches while supporting improvements across planning, inventory, packaging, logistics and material flow.
The Role As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will:
- Support supply chain planning activities across major New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes.
- Develop and implement supply chain solutions for new product launches.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support inventory optimisation and material flow planning.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, operations and suppliers to ensure effective supply chain solutions.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and cost.
- Support packaging strategy and optimisation activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.
