New role for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to work in a manufacturing company in Woking, Surrey. It is a permanent role with a salary of up to £32K. Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience of assembling mechanical or electromechanical sub-assemblies and products.

Duties:

  • Assembly of mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies from Assembly Drawings and Production Procedures
  • Using equipment including hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and assembly fixtures safely and correctly
  • Testing and inspection of assemblies via procedures, jigs and fixtures
  • Follow company quality standards, ISO procedures, and ESD control
  • Ensure all work meets engineering specifications and customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in line with 5S principles
  • Adhere to health & safety requirements, including safe handling of electrical components and tools
