Responsibilities
- Programme management of multiple large NPI programmes within an automotive setting.
- Presenting weekly and monthly updates to management on NPI program progress.
- Overseeing program project plans and maintaining plans for gateway schedules.
- Ensuring program functional requirements are aligned with product strategy, financials, and cost targets.
- Delivering key presentations, including stakeholder updates, NPI governance meetings, gateway reviews and issue resolution meetings as needed.
Requirements
- University degree or 10 years of project management‑equivalent experience.
- Experience in design, development, engineering or operations.
- At least five years of experience leading high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
