Production Engineer role in an Electro-Mechanical manufacturing company in High Wycombe. This is permanent role, onsite 5 days per week. Responsibilities NPI - implementation of new products and modifications. Design and produce jigs and fixtures and tooling. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation. Provide engineering support for production machinery and manufacturing equipment. Assist with sourcing and installation of new production equipment. Identify areas for cost-saving and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Investigate and resolve any quality issues within the manufacturing area.
