Role: Linesperson – Permanent Location: Essex Salary: £40k – £55k DoE Benefits: Vehicle, flexible Benefits We are looking for a Linesperson for a field-based role in the Essex area. The main purpose is to lead and work as part of a team involved in challenging overhead line projects constructing and replacing outdated networks. There is also opportunity for career development. Responsibilities: * Building, maintaining, and replacing overhead electrical networks up to 33kV. * Erecting poles, replacing transformers, and carrying out overhead line work. * Conducting risk assessments and regular safety reviews. * Installing and constructing overhead networks. * Keeping vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working order. * Requirements: * Experience as a linesperson, including work on dead networks and live LV working. * Enthusiastic team player with a risk-averse attitude. * Full driving license, IPAF accreditation (training available), NRSWA Operative
