We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join a major manufacturing organisation based close to Leicester (approximately 15 minutes from J21a of the M1). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale ERP transformation programme, supporting the implementation of a new SAP-driven supply chain system. The role is fully onsite and offers a long-term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a major SAP ERP implementation within the supply chain function
- Engage with suppliers to gather key data including packaging information and lead times
- Update internal systems and support data accuracy within the ERP environment
- Assist with validation of planning parameters for production parts
- Work closely with suppliers, procurement, operations, and internal project teams
- Support process improvement and system adoption activities
- Track and resolve issues related to supplier and system data alignment
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in supply chain operations, ERP/SAP environments, or supplier coordination roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in process-driven or project-based environments
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Confident engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience with SAP supply chain modules (IBP, EWM, Digital Manufacturing)
- Exposure to ERP transformation or implementation projects
- Manufacturing or logistics/supply chain background

- Location: Desford (fully onsite – ~15 minutes from J21 M1)
- Contract: 12-month contract (highly likely to extend)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:00 (flexible start/finish)
