Job Description
As cyber threats evolve and digital ecosystems grow more complex, identity has become the new security perimeter. We have partnered with a business who are not just implementing solutions, they are redefining how the UK’s most influential organizations manage identity, trust, and access. If you're passionate about making security smarter, shaping strategy, and leading from the front, this Manager role in for a leading IAM practice is your opportunity to drive meaningful change across industries that matter.
As one of the worlds leading organizations, they bring a strong track record delivering complex transformation within regulated environments. With deep experience across cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and digital strategy, they combine hands-on technical ability with strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement.
The Opportunity:
As a Manager in the IAM practice, you won’t just implement technology, you’ll shape client strategies, guide transformation programmes, and be a trusted partner to some of the UK’s leading organizations in financial services, government, and large enterprise.
This role is all about blending leadership, delivery, and technical depth. Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:
Leading the Way
- Lead talented teams delivering SailPoint ISC projects, from initial engagement through to go-live and beyond.
- Be the bridge between clients and delivery teams, keeping outcomes, timelines, and quality front of mind.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, helping to build deep technical capability across the team.
Designing Smart Solutions
- Work closely with clients to understand business and security needs, then design future-proof SailPoint solutions that deliver real impact.
- Architect and tailor SailPoint ISC to align with client environments, working across application, cloud, and infrastructure layers.
Owning the Build & Delivery
- Oversee configuration and customisation across the SailPoint platform, workflows, policies, roles, certifications, and connector integrations (Azure AD, Workday, SAP, etc.).
- Lead technical workshops and review implementation with your teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant deployments.
Advising & Innovating
- Help clients mature their IAM strategy — from governance models to roadmap planning.
- Stay on top of SailPoint innovations, IAM best practices, and the regulatory landscape.
What We’re Looking For:
- We’re looking for a mix of leadership, client-facing experience, and SailPoint depth.
- Proven experience delivering SailPoint projects (ISC or IdentityNow/IDN preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of IGA concepts, provisioning, certification, roles, SoD, etc.
- Confidence leading client engagements in fast-paced, regulated environments.
- Comfortable with workflows, APIs, connectors, and integration with cloud and HR systems.
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in consulting or professional services.
- SailPoint Certified Implementation Specialist (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
- Cyber certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Experience in financial services or the public sector (SC Clearance is a plus).
