The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play an important role in ensuring the success of our Client engagements. Working closely with our Recruitment Team, you will source, screen, and manage Candidates to meet the unique needs of our Clients. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality staffing solutions, maintaining strong relationships with Candidates and Associates, and maintaining Entasis Partners’ reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Clients to understand their recruitment needs and project requirements.
- Sourcing and screening Candidates for roles across various domains, including technology, data, and security.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintaining and developing a robust talent pool to meet future Client demands.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.
- Providing regular updates to Clients and stakeholders on project progress.
- Supporting Employer branding initiatives and crafting tailored job descriptions.
