We operate at the intersection of Strategy & Architecture, partnering with organisations undergoing complex transformation across multiple sectors. As demand continues to grow across permanent, contract and outcome-based engagements, we are expanding our team. This is not a generalist recruitment role. We’re looking for individuals who want to build a specialist domain, with exposure to:

- Statement of Work (SoW) engagements

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and owning a specialist desk (permanent and/or contract).
- Developing client relationships across transformation-led organisations.
- Supporting flex and SoW-style engagements — not just traditional placements.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Building high-quality talent pipelines across architecture and engineering.
- Contributing to the growth of our services-led model.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven recruitment experience (contract experience strongly preferred).
- Exposure to technology, architecture or engineering markets.
- Understanding of project-driven environments and/or SoW delivery models.
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Ambition to become a recognised domain specialist.
