I'm exclusively supporting a world-class technology organisation that is expanding its Offensive Security capability. This is a genuine 50/50 leadership and self-technical role, where you'll lead a team of elite security professionals while continuing to perform complex security assessments across critical engineering platforms.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Penetration Testers and Security Assessment Specialists
- Assessing Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native applications and enterprise infrastructure
- Driving automation and offensive security tooling
- Providing technical assurance and remediation guidance to engineering teams
- Working closely with Platform Engineering, Security Engineering and DevOps teams
- Building a high-performing offensive security function within a complex technology environment
We’re looking for experience across:
- Penetration Testing Leadership
- Web Application Security
- Internal Infrastructure & Network Security
- Python, Jenkins, Ansible or Automation Engineering
- OSCP (essential), with CRT/OSEP highly desirable
