About our client

What you'll be doing as a Head of PMO

  • Owning the PMO function end to end, from governance through to delivery
  • Owning PMO strategy, standards and ways of working across the change portfolio

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and the exec team to align change with strategic priorities
  • Building and developing a high-performing PMO team
  • Shaping the maturity and capability of the PMO function as a strategic asset, not just a reporting function

What we're looking for from the Head of PMO

  • Proven experience leading a PMO function that spans both governance and delivery, not just one
  • A track record of running large, complex change portfolios in a matrixed organisation
  • Gravitas and credibility to influence at exec and board level
  • Experience building and scaling PMO capability and standards from the ground up
  • Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery accountability
  • Strong stakeholder management across IT, business and executive audiences

Qualifications

  • Degree level or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline

Why join?

  • A high-profile senior role with real scope to shape how the PMO function operates
