We’re supporting a major transformation programme for a large organisation in the South East that is investing in strengthening its enterprise architecture capability. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Enterprise Architect to help shape and mature the architecture function while translating an established transformation strategy into practical delivery across the organisation. The environment is relatively greenfield from an architecture perspective, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and direction to complex change programmes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping establish and mature the enterprise architecture capability
- Defining architecture principles, standards and governance
- Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Providing architectural guidance across transformation initiatives
- Supporting Solution and Technical Architects delivering into the programme
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience operating as an Enterprise Architect
- Strong track record of shaping architecture practices or governance
- Experience working across business and technology stakeholders
- Ability to translate strategy into practical architecture direction
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting large transformation programmes
The programme spans multiple domains including integration, applications, data and cloud, so we’re looking for architects who are comfortable operating across a broad enterprise landscape rather than within a single technology domain.
Contract role
Hybrid working across the South East England region. Expectation of 2–3 days on-site during key phases. Day rate around £700 depending on experience.
If you’re an Enterprise Architect who enjoys helping organisations establish clear architecture direction during major transformation programmes, I’d be keen to speak. Please submit your application for further details on this Enterprise Architect opportunity.
