We’re looking for a senior Consultative Enterprise Architect / Business Consulting Lead to drive growth across Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), combining advisory, sales, and delivery leadership.
This is a high-impact, commercially focused role — ideal for someone who can shape opportunities, influence C-suite stakeholders, and convert advisory into revenue and transformation outcomes.
The Role
You’ll operate at the intersection of:
- Enterprise Architecture & Business Consulting
- Advisory Sales & Deal Shaping
- Transformation Delivery Oversight
Key focus areas for the Consulting Enterprise Architect:
- Build and convert a £2M–£3M advisory pipeline
- Grow and expand banking client relationships
- Win new logos across BFSI
- Lead C-suite conversations and executive presentations
- Shape complex transformation programmes (cloud, data, digital, AI)
- Drive pull-through revenue into delivery
- Develop consulting propositions, frameworks, and IP
What You’ll Be Doing as a Consulting Enterprise Architect
- Originate and close advisory and consulting engagements
- Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, CDO level)
- Translate business challenges into clear, outcome-led propositions
- Lead pre-sales, workshops, and executive storytelling
- Provide architectural and consulting leadership across delivery
- Build trusted relationships across Tier 1 financial services organisations
- Support and coach teams, contributing to a strong consulting culture
What We’re Looking For from the Enterprise Architect
- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Consulting, or Advisory (BFSI)
- Strong track record in consulting sales / deal shaping / revenue generation
- Experience working with Tier 1 banking or financial services clients
- Confident operating at C-suite level
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Commercially driven, resilient, and comfortable in high-growth environments
- Experience across Cloud, Data, AI, Digital Transformation
- Ability to balance strategy, sales, and delivery
