What You’ll Be Doing as Head of Architecture:
- Owning the enterprise architecture vision and direction across business and technology domains
- Establishing architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks to enable consistent, high-quality delivery
- Leading enterprise and solution architecture assurance across strategic programmes and platform investments
- Developing and maintaining multi-year roadmaps for core technology capabilities and foundational platforms
- Acting as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring architecture supports both immediate priorities and long-term strategy
- Driving the adoption of modern integration and automation patterns as key transformation accelerators
- Overseeing partner-led delivery models across integration and automation services, ensuring value, control, and scalability
- Defining measurable architecture performance metrics, supporting compliance, quality, and strategic alignment
- Building and evolving the architecture operating model, including ways of working, capability development, and team leadership
