About our Client: Entasis Partners have been retained by a leading management consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations enhance their performance through strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Role Highlights

• Position: Business Architect
• Location: London (Hybrid working model – Office & Home)
• Salary: Up to £100,000 + bonus + benefits (dependent on experience)

What You’ll do:

• Design and develop comprehensive business architecture strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.
• Provide expert consulting services to clients, strategic advice and actionable insights to drive business transformation.
• Advise and verbally deliver operating model centric strategies and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop detailed business cases.
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in management consulting, with a focus on financial services or insurance.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing business architecture frameworks and strategies.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Success in managing large-scale projects, including scope, timeline, and resource management.
• Familiarity with relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CBAP, or PMP are advantageous.
• Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
