As Legal Counsel, Corporate and M&A you will be responsible for supporting the company's corporate and M&A activities, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and contributing to strategic decision-making.Reporting to our Group Head of Legal
- Corporate and International, you will be part of the Corporate legal team.

This team provides legal advice and support on a broad range of corporate and strategic legal matters.

Additionally, they build strong relationships across a large group of internal stakeholders and manage complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.You Will:Assist with executing transactions across the capital structure, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactionsLead on ancillary transaction and other corporate documentation, including NDAs and engagement letters (working with, and managing, external counsel where appropriate)Support the preparation of internal papers summarising proposed transactions (and risks associated with the same) for review and approval by the board of Entain plcSupport the business on other corporate initiatives as required (including group reorganisations, restructurings and intragroup financing arrangements)Help with the development of policies and processes to support the Corporate Legal functionQualificationsYou Have:Proven experience in corporate law (3+ years PQE), with a focus on mergers and acquisitionsExcellent understanding of corporate governance principlesStrong negotiation skills and experience in drafting complex legal agreementsAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersExperience working in a corporate legal department or reputable law firmFamiliarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirementsAdditional InformationBenefitsAt Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire you.
